How to Setup and Use Philips Hue with Google Home

Google Assistant now lets you control your smart home lights just by saying a single commands “to turn on/off your lights”. You can even change the color of Philips hue bulbs, schedule when to turn on the bedroom light, when to turn off living room light and much more. If you are having new Google Home devices, then first you need to Setup Google Home. Once you finish the setup process, then you can add Philips hue lights or bulbs to Google Home, Mini or Max smart devices.

Steps to Add Philips Hue to Google Home

Step 1: At the very first, open Google Home App on your mobile device

Step 2: Tap on the “menu” button at the top left corner of the app screen

Step 9: If any room is not created and wants to add them with any bulb, you can select that room name under “Create new list” listed at bottom of the screen.

Step 10: When Philips hue light assigned to any room it will show up in the list

Step 11: All devices added to rooms. Tap on “Done”
