How to Setup TP-Link Smart Device with Alexa
At the very first your need to setup your Kasa Smart device either it is Smart light switch, Smart Video Doorbell, Smart light bulb, or Smart plugs. In a way to do this, you have to download Kasa App on your Smartphone and then register your Kasa account and follow the on-screen instruction to complete the setup. When App get installed and login, click on “+” icon located at the top left corner of the screen and follow setup instruction. One thing you need to check under your Kasa App is “Remote Control” feature should be enabled. To check this click on your TP-link Kasa device and then move to the device settings, under that you will see “Remote Control” option. After that you need to move on Amazon Alexa App. Follow the below instruction on Amazon Alexa App to connect TP-Link Kasa Smart devices.
- Open Amazon Alexa App
- Tap on “Devices” icon at the bottom of the screen
